When I started looking into making Home business my Job the hardest thing was to filter out the truth from the Bullshit. I was truly amazed at the amount of people and website s that promised me I could make a fortune on the internet if I Just paid them $34.95.

Everyone has a secret to making Millions of dollars from Home; the Funny thing is they can’t wait to tell you that secret. I thought Secret meant that nobody was supposed to know and lets face it if you had a recipe for making tens of thousands of dollars would you sell it for $34.95?

It took me a long time to make my first few dollars, like every other story I spent way more than I made and I struggled to make Internet business work. My Family and friends said “I Told you so” and laughed at me. I actually gave it away for 3 and a bit years and went into the Motor car Industry as a sales manager.

Early 2009 was a disaster for the Australian Motor Industry; many Middle managers like myself, where thrown to the dogs and lost our Incomes. We couldn’t make our owners the $40,000 + they wanted every month so we where dumped and many dealership owners re-entered their businesses for the first time in years.

I had to find an Income and fast. I am a Baker as you know but I hate doing the night work now I have kids so I really didn’t want to do that. Not to mention the massive ego hit from being a $90,000 a year sales manager to a $35,000 a year Baker! NO WAY mate!

Back to the Internet I came and was confronted with even more Bullshit than I had ever seen before. Previously excellent forums for getting advice had been over run with People flogging this and that. I could not find any Information that I had 100% confidence in. It was all spin and even the product reviews where just sales pitches. (I am guilty of that One too.)

Between April 2009 and September 2009 I had spent $12,000 on home business products and a distributorship for a prepaid product. In that Time a lot of that money was wasted, some wasn’t but a lot was. But I managed to build a small Business that pays my bills and supports my family.

I am not making $5,000 a week as of OCTOBER 2009, but that is My GOAL. I am currently making enough though to pay my bills and keep my family in food. I also stay at Home every day and see my kids off to school and I am there when they get home. Something my 10 year old boy is very excited about.

So why all this rambling on?
