There is one thing that I see more Often than anything, People trying to promote whatever without having their own website and domain name. They put some crap looking affiliate link or LONG frigin address that gives them away as rank amateurs immediately.
If you want to look like a Dickhead, Put your actual promotional URL’s in places to advertise. Especially Forums where they will flame you to death and you will look like a dick world wide!
You will not get ANY RESPONSE so don’t do it!!
Now before you Hit the Red Cross top right, Listen to this. Domain names are as Cheap as. They cost barely anything to obtain. My com.au (Australian Domain name) Cost me $12.50 Australian.
Less than 13 bucks for my own name on the web. Hardly expensive. Do not pay $35 a year or more, they are way cheaper.
You can get .com as well. Do not buy any of those other extensions like .tv . org etc etc. Get .com.au or .com. NOTHING Else! The search engines basically ignore those other extensions.
This might not make sense about search engines yet, but it will soon. Failing to buy a Dot COM or dot COM dot AU is a Mistake a lot of people make! DO NOT MAKE IT!
Now that I’ve told you to get a domain name, DO NOT GET A DOMAIN NAME!

Briansmith.com might be nice but really who gives a shit about you? Your domain will need to reflect your business not your personality.
WAIT until you know a little more about what you are going to do before registering domains Willy Nilly.
