Profits theme a Full review of how I use profits theme and why I chose to pay for it.

I had been using WordPress for about 18 Months using only free plugins and themes. I had looked into buying a theme but could not work out why you would pay for something you could get free?

Over the 18 months I have been using WordPress my Needs grew:

• I wanted to be able to display video easily,
•  I wanted to be able change my site quickly and easily,
• I wanted to be able to display ads and adsense
• I wanted SEO
• I wanted Link cloaking
• I wanted to be able to sell products that I had created
• I wanted to be able to create Sales pages without having to get into html coding. (I can’t do it)
• I wanted those cool looking video squeeze pages
• I wanted it all and I wanted it fast.

Initially I set about gathering Plugins to do the jobs I wanted done. In total I found 37 different plugins that could do just about everything I wanted.

I set up my site and then proceeded to set up a few others as well using my new found plugins. I was using a free theme I can’t even think of the name of.

Problems started to occur within a week.

As WordPress Updated and the plugins updated all of a sudden there where conflicts and 500 Errors on all my sites. It took me 2 weeks to sort it all out and get running again.

About a month after that it happened again and I was pissed OFF! I mean really angry and it took me a week to fix as I had some idea from the last Nightmare.

I decided this was just too hard so I set about learning more about WordPress and what was available.

After Just an Hour my head was spinning with the choices that where available. Themes and plugins that could do some pretty cool stuff. I made a decision what to buy and wrote down the prices.

Grand Total for everything I thought I needed was $283 plus $86 a month in Subscriptions to various services.

Just before I went ahead with this I spent a few hours hanging out with some guys that make good money online. I had been invited to sit in on an online Tv Network site and watch the presenters. (It is I place I now hang out daily but thats another story)

There was a List of people that where in the room at the side of the program and I noticed some names there that where familiar, I had bought stuff of these guys! So at the end of one of the shows I put in the chat window, “Could you guys recommend a theme for a person that has little tech ability and wants to achieve what you guys have”

After a Full MINUTE and HALF Not one response, I thought maybe I was out of line asking a direct question from these guys. I felt like an Idiot!

Then one of the presenters Jumped on the video Screen and Answered my question for me via video Link. He recommended that I look at  profits theme and gave me a link to the website.

I watched the VIDEO and then I bought profits theme straight away, Mainly because the guy that told me about it is a bit of a huge deal in my area of Marketing.
