Telstra Big Pond Movies REVIEW

Big pond movies has been around for a few years now. The Idea is pretty simple. You log into your account choose your movies and then big pond movies send them to you in the mail.

I have been using big pond home movies for about a year now. At first I was always trying to get the latest release DVD movies and frustration set in that I could them much faster at the local video store.

It was about 3 months into my membership That I realised what big Pond Movies is best at and it is NOT MOVIES.

The best thing about Big pond movies was the access to entire TV series on DVD. I mean I liked the show called “The 4400″ it was on Tv for a while then slowly got later then just disappeared. With BPM I was able to schedule all the seasons of “the 4400″ and have them delivered IN ORDER.

Over 2 months I watched the whole 4 seasons.

Then I moved onto “HEROES” another show I got into but missed some episodes and lost track. I just log into Bigpond movies, schedule the series in the “MY Q” section and in they come.

The DVDS arrive in a cardboard re-sealable envelope. You simply tear open the strip, watch the dvd then reseal and drop it back into the mail.

The plan I chose was 10 DVDS a Month for $19.95. I thought this was good value and 10 dvd’s a month is heaps.
