I only just came across this, but I spoke to a few mates in the states as wellas Australia and many of them where un-Aware of what is going on.
Do you remeber watching the training video about Linking to some content regarding a product and then putting your affiliate link below to make money. Well you better be careful who’s content you use.

In Summary: Affiliates of certain companies where posting DR Oz and Oprah content as an aparent endorsement of the products that they are selling. ( A practice that is recommended widely on some networks)
The scariest bit for me is that Dr oz and oprah are not just attacking the companies but the individual affiliates as well. Some of these companies may be able to defend themselves, but what chance do you or I have of Taking on HARPO!
I suppose this is a general warning, make sure you have the rights to the content that you are using, These massive companies have plenty of cash and spend sme on employing people to search out these Infringements.
Please be careful it may seem innocent enough to post a video and place your link in it nut you may be opening yourself to massive liabilities.
